Hi! I’m Beth Harmon.
This is my collection of Space to Enjoy writings. It is my real-life reflection and self-healing publication that started in 2016 and has migrated from Medium over to Substack in May 2023.
My writing is my vulnerable space. It is a reflection and story of my changes and healing across time. It’s not perfect. I look back sometimes and find my face scrunching in discomfort. And it’s scary for me to share sometimes. But, it is worth it when that connection is made with another person who resonates with it.
I write Space to Enjoy to connect. I write to release. I write to provide a container to and honor different parts of my life. I write to heal and offer space for healing to others too.
When I write, I find myself coming home to a mantra that carried me through some challenging times in my life: Everything is exactly as is. There is space to enjoy it. I write in an openness that you also come home to your mantra and space to enjoy.
I am also a certified life coach and healing practitioner offering Self-Love Coaching. The offering I give is one that I have received and learned across multiple modalities.
